Soft pressing, stainless steel, malolactic fermentation, controlled temperature. Long charmat method.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
Serve at 10/12°C, fresh but not to cold in order to preserve the fragrance and the intensity of perfumes.

PAIRING
A fresh and easy drinkin’ wine. Really enjoyable, most of all during the summer, if matched with fish, fried fish, seafood and salads.
