Soft pressing with rasps separation, stainless steel short fermentation, controlled temperature. Refrigeration when the desired alcohol content in reached.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
8/10°C, uncorking at the moment of service.

PAIRING
Historic vinification of Freisa grape. Perfetc pairing with pastries and biscuits, creams, cakes and sweet dessert

VINIFICATION

Serve at 10/12°C, fresh but not to cold in order to preserve the fragrance and the intensity of perfumes.

PAIRING
A perfect aperitif. Really enjoyable, most of all during the summer, if matchedwith fish, fried fish. Great cocktails base.
