Alessia nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme et de professionnalisme.
La cave en elle-même est déjà magnifique avec ses différentes cuves, ses voutes et sa décoration faites d'objets ancien - un véritable musée!
Les vins n'étaient pas tous à notre goût mais certaines spécialités méritent le détour et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.
Et pour terminer en beauté nous avons pu expérimenter notre premier sabrage de bouteille!

A truly wonderful and unique experience, not just a tasting but also a tour of the cellar and the spaces dedicated to both wine production and the collection of unique objects that inspired the names and labels of the wines. The tasting was broad and comprehensive; we sampled six wines, ranging from rosé, still and sparkling reds, to sweet and white wines. The guide was very kind, passionate, and helpful; it's definitely an experience worth recommending.
We visited Balbiano thanks to a purchase on QoQa. We were welcomed by Alessia, who took us on a journey through the history of the estate and introduced us to the Balbiano family and Mr. Balbiano's non-wine collections. The cellar is beautiful, and the tour with Alessia was very interesting because you can feel her genuine passion, kindness, and professionalism.
