Visit, tasting and sabrage lesson

You don't have any excuses: you will finally be able to discover all the secrets and tricks to perfectly saber a bottle of sparkling wine!

N.B. For this experience, is required a booking of minimum 2.

The experience includes:

•⁠ ⁠Guided tour of the production and aging cellar
•⁠ ⁠Guided visit to the Farmers' Museum
•⁠ ⁠Guided visit to the Vintage Toys' Museum
•⁠ ⁠History and introduction to Sabrage 
•⁠ ⁠Tasting of 3 Balbiano wines (Spumante, Freisa di Chieri and aged Freisa di Chieri) paired with salami, cheese and “Rubatà” breadsticks.

The experience does not include the tour of the vineyards and can be carried out both in summer and winter.

And that's not all!
At the end of the experience, you can take home the bottle you sabered as a souvenir.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your booking cancellation must be received by email within the 12:00 am of the day before the visit to the addresses staff@balbiano.com and chiara@balbiano.com

If communicated within the aforementioned deadline it will be possible to reschedule the visit for another date by the maximum validity limit of the voucher (each voucher purchased has a booking code and it is valid for one year).

If communicated after the deadline, it will no longer be possible to reschedule with that voucher.
