Visit
of the Winery and its Museums

The tour includes:

• Guided tour of the production cellar
• Guided tour of the aging cellar
• Guided visit of the Balbiano Museum dedicated to Farmers' tools
• Guided visit to the Balbiano Museum dedicated to Vintage Toys

The visit lasts approximately 1 hour and does not include any tour of the vineyards or a tasting.

The time indicated by the Cellars refers to the actual start of the visit. In case of delay, the starting time will not be changed out of respect for other guests and subsequent groups. 

When we have the possibility, both midweek and on weekends, we try to put together more visit requests and, for this reason, we usually have groups of a maximum of twenty visitors.

We have an internal car park where you can leave your car during the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your booking cancellation must be received by email within the 12:00 am of the day before the visit to the addresses staff@balbiano.com and chiara@balbiano.com

If communicated within the aforementioned deadline it will be possible to reschedule the visit for another date by the maximum validity limit of the voucher (each voucher purchased has a booking code and it is valid for one year).

If communicated after the deadline, it will no longer be possible to reschedule with that voucher.
